Basic Information
The working process is mainly divided into: pretreatment, shelving, spraying, curing, shelving and packaging.
The pre-treatment is mainly to clean the stains on the surface of aluminum profiles and form a layer of chromizing film on the surface, so as to do a good job in the early stage of powder spraying.
The loading and unloading conveying system is composed of two parts, namely, chain conveying and loading and unloading conveying belt, which plays a connecting role in the whole system. The three conveying belts are synchronized during automatic operation.
Powder spraying system The powder spraying system is the core part of the whole production line, which is mainly composed of two reciprocating machines with adjustable top and bottom dead center and adjustable speed and a powder spraying system.
After spraying, the workpieces of curing furnace must enter the baking furnace for leveling and curing as soon as possible to prevent dust and other impurities from adhering and dropping, which will affect the coating quality.
Automatic control system The control part of automatic vertical powder spraying production line is mainly composed of pretreatment, conveying system, powder spraying system and curing furnace.

The company has the ability to develop and design molds independently, we can produce any extruded aluminum profiles according to your mechanical drawing or sample. Longkang has 10 extrusion production lines (600-3500 tons), one automatic oxidation electrophoresis production line, vertical and horizontal spraying production line per each, and a variety of advanced supporting production, processing and testing equipments. There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop. The complete technological process can benefit to reduce the production turnover times for semi-finished products, to avoid the damage during transportation, improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost of production,and to ensure the quality and delivery time.
